The Sharing table is a twice a month  community fellowship session facilitated by ECN’s COP department (Matthew “Jaye” Green). These sessions will be held virtually via ECN’s zoom and Facebook accounts until further notice from leadership. The workshops are projected to take place on Thursday between the time of 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm. The Sharing table uses a combination of group therapy and various creative writing elements to engage and motivate Detroit residents to increase mental wellness.
