Sustainable Housing Manager

ECN is seeking a strong verbal and written communicator as ECN’s Sustainable Housing Manager. Responsibilities include implementing resource application assistance for various housing programs, including (but not limited to) the City of Detroit’s Homeowner Property Exemption (HOPE) Program, DTE’s Energy Efficiency Assistance (EEA) Program, and the Detroit Home Repair Fund (DHRF) Program.

Sustainable Housing Coodinator

ECN’s Sustainable Housing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Department’s outreach and technical assistance work, namely supporting the managers and their work with homeowners, through direct and digital interactions.
